Affiliate Program Terms

Program offer
Approved affiliates may earn a 20% commission on eligible referred sales, as calculated and recorded by Lemon Squeezy for products enabled in the program. Eligible customers who arrive through an activated referral path may receive a 10% referral discount where that promotion is enabled for the product and checkout.
The 20% rate is the program commission before any affiliate-side fees, payout-provider fees, currency-conversion costs, withholding, or other deductions applied by Lemon Squeezy or the affiliate's payout provider.
Customer refund protection
Affiliate participation does not reduce a customer's published refund rights. Eligible referred purchases remain subject to the same 30-day Refund Policy as comparable non-referred purchases. AI Interview Gym does not deduct affiliate commission from a customer's eligible refund.
If a referred order is fully refunded, reversed, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the associated referral commission may be voided, rejected, placed in review, or otherwise handled under Lemon Squeezy's affiliate process.
Commission hold and payout timing
Affiliate commissions are subject to Lemon Squeezy's 30-day holding period before they become available for payout processing. Payment is not guaranteed on the 30th day. Actual payout timing may depend on Lemon Squeezy's payout schedule, minimum payout threshold, affiliate-account status, supported payout method, dispute status, and other platform requirements.
Eligible products
Only products expressly enabled for affiliates qualify. AI Interview Gym may add or remove products from the affiliate program prospectively. The planned Multi-Pack offer is not eligible unless and until it launches and is deliberately enabled.
Referral attribution
Referral credit is determined from valid affiliate tracking information and Lemon Squeezy's recorded referral data. AI Interview Gym may preserve an approved affiliate identifier in a short-lived first-party browser cookie so it can be forwarded to Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy remains the source of truth for whether a transaction was attributed to an affiliate and the commission amount.
Prohibited referrals
Self-referrals, fabricated orders, purchases created primarily to obtain a discount or commission, duplicate or manipulated attribution, unauthorized incentive schemes, chargeback or refund abuse, and other fraudulent or abusive activity are not eligible. AI Interview Gym may reject, review, or report suspicious referrals through the affiliate platform.
Marketing standards
Affiliates must market AI Interview Gym accurately. Do not claim that AI Interview Gym is Micro1 or another employer, is endorsed by an employer unless expressly documented, contains guaranteed official interview questions, provides prohibited live assistance, guarantees hiring or income, or can influence an employer's selection decision.
Affiliates must clearly identify material affiliate relationships where required by applicable advertising, consumer-protection, endorsement, or platform rules.
Brand and content
Approved creatives provided through the affiliate program may be used for promotion subject to these terms. Do not alter the brand in a misleading way, impersonate AI Interview Gym, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, scrape or redistribute protected paid content, or use copyrighted materials beyond the permission granted.
Search, ads, spam, and prohibited promotion
Do not use deceptive paid-search ads, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading coupon claims, malware, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, adware, or other techniques designed to manufacture attribution rather than generate genuine customer interest. Affiliates are responsible for complying with the rules of the channels they use.
Application and program status
Affiliate applicants are reviewed through Lemon Squeezy's Affiliate Hub and may also be reviewed by AI Interview Gym. Approval is not guaranteed. Participation may be suspended or ended for violation of these terms, platform requirements, fraud concerns, or material risk to customers or the brand.
Taxes and payout information
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax, reporting, banking, PayPal, currency-conversion, and payout obligations. Lemon Squeezy or its payout providers may require identity, tax, or payout information directly from the affiliate.
No employment or agency relationship
Affiliate participation does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, recruiting, or agency authority. Affiliates cannot make commitments or representations on behalf of AI Interview Gym.
Changes
The program may evolve as products, prices, affiliate tooling, or legal requirements change. Material changes to commission rates or these terms will apply prospectively unless a different effective date is clearly stated.

Program questions can be sent through Support. Customer purchase and refund questions remain governed by the customer Terms and Refund Policy.
