Preparation, not an employment service
AI Interview Gym provides practice, educational content, résumé-aware preparation, mock sessions, and coaching signals. It does not guarantee an interview, talent-pool placement, project, contract, employment, pay rate, hours, income, or hiring outcome.
Do not use the product to violate assessment rules
The Gym is intended for rehearsal before an assessment. Do not use it to circumvent proctoring, obtain prohibited live assistance, disclose confidential interview material, or violate an employer's assessment instructions.
Your résumé and submitted content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having the right to upload it. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, banking credentials, government identification numbers, confidential employer data, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Coaching signals, Strict Simulation, and Test Readiness
Speech analytics, route coverage, Résumé Risk Map priorities, Test Readiness evidence, progress indicators, recommended drills, fullscreen/focus events, response timing, face-presence signals, and visual-attention coaching are preparation aids. They are not official employer scores, published hiring criteria, biometric identity checks, cheating determinations, medical or psychological assessments, or predictions of employment success.
Strict Simulation cannot prevent you from closing the browser, changing applications, or using another device. It can record browser-visible events such as leaving fullscreen or hiding the interview tab and may end a practice session when its stated strict-mode limit is reached.
Accounts and sign-in
You may use an AI Interview Gym account to restore eligible access across browsers or devices. When you choose Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Facebook sign-in, authentication also depends on that provider's service and terms. You are responsible for maintaining control of the provider account you use to sign in.
AI Interview Gym requests identity-oriented information needed to authenticate you. Account login by itself does not upload browser-local training data. A signed-in user with an active paid plan may separately enable optional Account Sync. If enabled, question progress/attempt counters, delivery metrics, and Strict Simulation summary metrics may be stored in the account database and merged across signed-in devices. Résumé Lab facts/plans, Mastery target-workspace snapshots, transcripts, raw audio, and raw video are excluded from the current Account Sync feature.
An active purchase may be linked to your account after a verified provider-email match where the verification evidence is sufficient, or after you separately prove the purchase through the Restore Access process. A refunded, expired, reversed, or otherwise inactive entitlement does not become active merely because it is linked to an account.
Account Sync
Account Sync is optional and off by default. Enabling it authorizes AI Interview Gym to store the supported training telemetry described in the Privacy Policy and Data Handling page for cross-device preparation. You can turn sync off without deleting the existing cloud copy, or use the separate delete-cloud-data control to remove synced training telemetry while leaving local browser data unchanged.
Account Sync uses merge behavior rather than representing the cloud copy as an employer record or official score. Availability may depend on an active paid plan, a valid signed-in account session, and database availability.
Free access
The Free tier may provide a limited question set, preparation modules, and basic practice features. A valid payment method is required to activate Free access, but the Free tier itself is not charged unless the customer separately selects a paid subscription or another checkout explicitly discloses a charge. Free features may evolve over time.
Paid offers
AI Interview Gym supports three feature tiers—Essentials, Interview Ready, and Mastery. Current monthly subscription prices are $19.99, $34.99, and $59.00 respectively. Current annual subscription charges are $119.88, $239.88, and $588.00 respectively, unless the pricing page or checkout clearly displays a later revised price before subscription.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access active through the already-paid billing period, subject to payment status, refunds, chargebacks, fraud controls, or provider rules shown at checkout.
Monthly subscriptions provide the selected feature tier for the active billing period. Annual all-access includes eligible packs available during the active annual term, including eligible packs released during that term. Annual access does not promise a fixed pack-release cadence.
Interview Ready provides the full preparation workflow, Strict AI Interview Simulation, one active browser-local target workspace, and a 30-day dashboard history view. Mastery includes Strict Simulation, supports up to five browser-local target workspaces, adds advanced recent-vs-prior trend comparisons, and includes one Human Review submission per eligible purchase while that service is operationally offered. Browser-local workspaces and simulation history do not automatically sync between devices.
Mastery Human Review
Each verified Mastery purchase includes one Human Review submission. The customer may submit a Strict Simulation transcript or another interview-practice response together with optional context. A human reviewer provides written feedback and exact pointers in the Human Review area of the Gym within 24 hours after the submission is successfully received.
The 24-hour period begins only after the service confirms receipt of a valid submission. Human Review is independent interview coaching. It is not an official employer assessment, a hiring score, a guarantee of interview success, or live assistance during an employer assessment.
When paid access begins
Paid access begins after the subscription is successfully verified. Access continues while the subscription remains in an eligible provider status and may end after expiration, a full refund, chargeback, fraudulent payment reversal, or another provider status that no longer permits access.
30-day money-back guarantee
Paid-offer refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. The refund window is 30 calendar days from the original purchase date for eligible single-pack and annual purchases across Essentials, Interview Ready, and Mastery, subject to the limited exceptions stated in that policy.
Affiliate and referral promotions
When the affiliate program is enabled, an approved affiliate may receive compensation from AI Interview Gym when a valid referred customer completes an eligible purchase. An activated referral path may also apply a 10% promotional discount to eligible purchases.
Using an affiliate or referral link does not reduce the customer's refund rights. The same published Refund Policy applies to an otherwise eligible referred purchase, and AI Interview Gym does not deduct affiliate commission from an eligible customer refund. A refund, reversal, dispute, fraud determination, or other ineligibility may void or hold the affiliate's commission instead.
Affiliate applications, attribution, commission status, and payouts are administered through Lemon Squeezy. Affiliate participation is governed separately by the Affiliate Program Terms.
Merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record for paid transactions. Checkout, tax calculation, receipt delivery, refunds, and payment processing may therefore also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and payment-provider processes.
Interview Packs
Interview Packs may use public role information, product research, general interview methodology, and clearly identified candidate-reported patterns. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, packs are independent preparation material rather than official employer content.
Digital guide and protected content
Paid plans may include downloadable or protected digital material. Do not redistribute, resell, publish, scrape, or share protected paid content except as permitted by law.
Availability and reasonable use
Features can change as the product develops. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, abuse refund or restore mechanisms, upload malicious files, share recovery credentials, or use the service unlawfully.

Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Handling notice. Product support is available at /support. A dedicated support email will be published before Live Mode is opened to customers.
