The guarantee applies to eligible monthly and annual Essentials, Interview Ready, and Mastery subscription purchases. It is a product-purchase guarantee; it is not tied to an interview result, project, employment offer, or income outcome.
How the 30-day window works
A refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original verified purchase timestamp. If a request is submitted within that period, AI Interview Gym will process it subject to the limited exceptions below and the merchant-of-record process.
What the guarantee covers
You may request a refund because the product was not right for you, because you experienced a material access or delivery problem, or because you changed your mind within the 30-day window. You do not need to show that an employer rejected you or that the product caused a particular outcome.
Referral and affiliate purchases
An eligible purchase made through an affiliate or referral link receives the same 30-day refund protection as a comparable non-referred purchase. A referral discount does not create a lower refund cap, and affiliate commission is not deducted from an eligible customer refund.
If an affiliate-attributed order is fully refunded, the related affiliate commission may be voided or otherwise removed from payout eligibility through Lemon Squeezy's affiliate process. That affiliate-side adjustment does not reduce the amount otherwise refundable to the customer under this policy.
Limited exceptions
The guarantee may not apply to demonstrably fraudulent or abusive refund activity, duplicate refund requests for the same transaction, a transaction already reversed or subject to an active chargeback, or circumstances where processing a refund would be unlawful. These exceptions are intended to protect the service from abuse, not to create hidden usage thresholds.
No interview-outcome condition
AI Interview Gym does not guarantee that Micro1 or another employer will advance an application, offer a project, provide hours, make a job offer, or produce any specific earnings. A refund request is not approved or denied based on the hiring outcome.
How to request a refund
Use the Support page and include the purchase email and numeric Lemon Squeezy Order #. Do not send payment-card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or identification documents. A dedicated support email will be published before Live Mode is opened to customers.
Refund destination and timing
Where supported, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for paid transactions and may control part of the processing timeline. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund after it has been issued.
Access after a full refund
Paid access associated with a fully refunded order ends when the refund is completed or when the refund event is confirmed by the service. Free access may remain available separately.
Subscription term vs. refund window
Monthly subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Annual all-access subscriptions renew each year until cancelled and cover the eligible pack library during each active annual term. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access available through the already-paid billing period. The 30-day money-back guarantee is measured from the original subscription purchase date; it does not restart automatically with each renewal.
